Children and extra beds:

• Free cot from 0-4 years -> The cot will only be available upon request in Notes and Special Requests and must be confirmed by the hotel.
• Extra bed (from 5 years old) -> Supplements will be calculated automatically upon booking.

Terms and conditions:

• From October 1, 2024, a municipal tourist tax of 2 EUR per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be charged at check-in (over 12 years old).
• A credit card is required as a guarantee when booking.
• Pre Payment of 30% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
• The remaining 70% will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
• Please cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date and 14 days before arrival during the "Christmas/New Year" period, in order to avoid the penalty of the 30% already paid.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the 30% already paid will not be refunded.
• No refunds will be given for unused services, late arrival or early departure.
• Half-board for the 24th and 31st of December must be used for lunch.
• The Gala Dinner on the 24th and 31st of December is not included in the half-board.
• 30% of the total stay will be charged. If you cancel after 00:00 local time, less than 7 day(s) before arrival.
• Credit card required at time of booking.
